Is your restrictive diet actually helping or is it stressing you out?
It always breaks my heart when I hear of people who are put on restrictive diets without enough guidance and they are left feeling like there is NOTHING they can eat!

Stress inducing diets aren’t helpful
If you’re following a diet – maybe for general health, gut issues or other chronic symptoms, and it’s leaving you feeling stressed, overwhelmed and like you have no idea what you actually CAN eat, there is a very good chance that diet is not helping you.
Stress worsens chronic symptoms, so if the diet you are following is breeding stress it’s working against you.
There is a LOT that making diet changes can do for your health, it can be an amazing strategy, but aiming to perfectly follow lengthy lists of “eat this” and “don’t eat that” is not the way to go.
