San Francisco Bay Area based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Amy Slabaugh, looking at the camera and smiling

Hi! I'm Amy, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

I love helping people rediscover the joy of eating while also helping them to feel good in their bodies.

Nutrition Counseling + Workplace Wellness + Public Speaking

I serve Oakland, the Bay Area and all of California with my online nutrition counseling.

In nutrition counseling sessions with me you have my expert guidance in getting you from restricted diets and not feeling well to eating more freely and feeling good.

When you work with me we always start with a thorough assessment so I can see the whole picture of where you've been and what you've tried. From there we work collaboratively to make an action plan of steps you can take to get you feeling better and eating freely.

I serve all of the San Francisco Bay Area with in-person workplace wellness services.

Bring some fun to your next workplace wellness event with one of my nutrition tables, tasting tables, cooking demos or workshops.
