Fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi have live and active microbes in them that make them probiotic foods. The microbes give some benefits as they pass through your gut.

Consider adding fermented foods into your meals:

  • Yogurt
  • Kefir
  • Many Cheeses
  • Kombucha
  • Miso (not heated)
  • Tempeh
  • Natto
  • Sauerkraut
  • Kimchi
