What Can I Do To Help My Microbiome?
Eat more fiber!

The fiber we eat provides food for the microbes in our gut. When we feed ourselves fiber rich foods we’re helping our gut to have a flourishing microbiome.
All plant foods give us fiber (not just fruits and veggies – grains, nuts, seeds, beans/legumes too).
What is a plant food you enjoy but haven’t eaten in a while? Add it to your grocery list!
