Brain Training to Relieve Chronic Pain

I am so pleased to share with you that I was able to do a podcast episode with Wendy Busse of the Conditioned Food Sensitivity Podcast.

In my work with Wendy, supporting patients through her Rebuild Food Tolerance course, I have learned a lot about the mind-body connection when it comes to conditioned food sensitivities. So when I started learning more about the mind-body connection for healing chronic pain, it felt like such a natural fit and it has led me on a life changing journey.

In this episode I share a bit about my own road to healing from chronic pain (plus a host of various other symptoms) and some of the techniques that were helpful to me.
