Do you need help figuring out the low FODMAP diet?

Diving into the world of FODMAPs can be overwhelming.

Get the expert guidance you need to use this low FODMAP diet well – in a way that helps you get clarity without leaving you feeling like there’s nothing you can eat!

Have you been eating low FODMAP for way too long?

Do you need help expanding your diet back?

The low FODMAP diet isn’t meant to be followed long term. Being on the low FODMAP diet for months (or years!) can actually be a negative thing for your gut health, not to mention the dent it can put in your quality of life.

Maybe you don’t officially have IBS or you’ve never heard of FODMAPs but you know your gut just doesn’t feel right – there’s hope for you too.

I take a personalized approach to nutrition counseling, and as we work together I will give you personalized recommendations for changes you can make to get you feeling better. Sometimes that’s a diet like the low FODMAP, but there many other options as well.

What’s your IBS origin story?

There you are happily living life, then maybe you catch a stomach bug and while you don’t feel as bad as you did at the height of the bug, you’re stomach is just never the same and you can’t figure out why.

Or maybe you’ve had gut issues since childhood. Stomachaches every day, constipation, nausea. And maybe the symptoms have changed a bit over your life, but you know your gut has never really felt right.

Regardless of your IBS origin story – there is hope for you.

Finding Hope

I work with a lot of patients who have IBS (or who have never really gotten a diagnosis, but all signs are pointing to IBS). It’s not uncommon for patients to come to me having suffered with gut symptoms for YEARS, having not found anything that really helped them feel better. Sometimes they’re even a bit skeptical that seeing a dietitian could really do anything for them, but I’m always so glad they showed up anyway.

There is hope for IBS.

Making changes to what and how you eat can often make a significant impact on gut symptoms. And if you’ve tried making changes on your own and it’s felt overwhelming or confusing getting the help you need from a registered dietitian who specializes in IBS (like me!) can make a world of difference.

Get the expert nutrition guidance you need to find a new path forward with food – one that leaves you feeling your best.
